Evolutions in Paldea: new Pokémon cards, new evolutions, and the usual binders that are too small

Did you think your binder could finally rest after Scarlet & Violet?
Think again. With Paldea Evolved, the Pokémon TCG comes knocking on collectors' doors once more with new cards, new evolutions, and plenty of reasons to say: “Okay, this pack is the last one.”

Spoiler: it won’t be the last.

What do we find in Paldea Evolved?

This expansion continues the journey through the Paldea region and puts the spotlight on many evolutions of the starter Pokémon and several truly interesting Pokémon ex cards.

Among the stars are Pokémon like Meowscarada ex, Skeledirge ex, and Quaquaval ex, perfect for those who chose their favorite starter and want to add it to their binder.

But that’s not all: the expansion also includes many special cards, rare illustrations, and Pokémon that make you want to open one pack after another.

Cards to keep an eye on

In Paldea Evolved, there are several cards that can catch the attention of both players and collectors. Pokémon ex cards are certainly among the most sought-after, but the special illustrations have a charm of their own.

They are those cards that, when you find them, make you stop for a second, look at them closely, and think:
“This one is going straight into a sleeve.”

Why do collectors love it?

Paldea Evolved is an interesting expansion because it combines new Pokémon, beloved evolutions, and cards with a very polished design.

It is perfect for those who are following the Scarlet & Violet series and want to complete their collection step by step. Furthermore, thanks to the presence of so many unique cards, it is one of those expansions that makes the checklist very fun… and also a bit challenging.

Is it worth collecting?

In our opinion, yes, especially if you like Pokémon from Paldea and want to continue the collection after SV01.

It is an expansion suitable for those who love opening packs, completing sets, hunting for rare cards, and organizing everything precisely in their binder. Even if, let’s be honest, there’s never enough room in the binder.

Paldea Evolved is an expansion full of interesting cards, beloved Pokémon, and illustrations that make collectors happy.

Whether you are a player, an experienced collector, or someone who buys packs “just out of curiosity,” this expansion definitely has something to offer.

Our advice? Get your sleeves ready, update your checklist, and make room in your binder.
Paldea isn’t done surprising you yet.
